Scientific Beta

If an index user, market participant or other party has a formal complaint to make on the determination of any Scientific Beta index, the procedure described herein must be followed. 

Scientific Beta is committed to providing to all stakeholders the highest standards of transparency on its administrated indices including full qualitative and quantitative disclosure of all index methodologies, historical levels and compositions. This enables advanced due diligence and analysis by any interested party.

With regards to potential complaints a stakeholder wishes to raise with Scientific Beta, a distinction is made between informal discussions of perceived issues and formal complaints. For the avoidance of doubt, communications that may occur on a daily basis with clients on questions and various queries about Scientific Beta's index offering through the Client Services function are not part of the formal complaint process and are out of the scope of this policy.
