It describes the policy for CryptoCurrency index determination in case of trading halts or other market disruptions that may impact the representativeness of the indices.

While this policy aims to capture the event that may impact the representativeness of the indices, it may not be exhaustive and Scientific Beta reserve the right to apply discretion in the treatment of those events if it deems it appropriate.

The management of market disruptions may require the exercise of expert judgement. Any discretionary decision will be overseen by the Scientific Beta CryptoCurrency Oversight Committee and any concern voiced will be investigated by the Risk and Compliance department, which also regularly review and update this policy.
